In order to meet the demand for their wines, Trapiche also buy grapes from a further 1000 hectares. Running on their refreshingly open philosophy that the grape grower is King, the Trapiche winemaking team are dedicated to working with their grape suppliers to help them produce the best grapes every vintage. Daniel Pi – Trapiche’s Head Winemaker - and his winemaking team have lead the unification of vineyard management and winemaking at Trapiche, and are now recognised as the Malbec specialists of Argentina. They are committed to quality, consistency and faithfulness to the grape variety.
