Sauvignon Blanc 100%, from selected growers in the Awatere and Wairau Valleys. The grapes were harvested at night to preserve their freshness and flavours. These flavours were retained by careful winemaking.
TASTING NOTE
Pale straw colour. Lively, ripe melon and fragrant citrus notes. The palate is full flavoured with lingering gooseberry flavours. This wine is crisp and dry.
