Cabernet Sauvignon 74% and Merlot 26%, hand-picked from the Van Zyl family's vineyard. The two grape varieties were harvested separately but fermented in the same way, in open tanks. The wine was matured for six months in French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE
This wine is jam-packed with rich fruit cake flavours and incredibly smooth in style, the oak adds a delicious vanilla and almond character to the finish.
