Pinot Noir 100% from vineyards in Cruz de Piedra, Luján de Cuyo, at 800m above sea level and from vineyards in the Uco Valley, Mendoza, between 1000m and 1200m above sea level, in Mendoza province. After being harvested and selected by hand, the crushed grapes are fermented in small open vats. The alcoholic fermentation is completed in French and American oak casks, where the wine matures for nine months.
