Chardonnay 100% from Trapiche vineyards at between 950m and 1200m above sea level in Mendoza Province.
The grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. After destemming and pressing the must is subject to a controlled, cool fermentation, then 50% of the wine is allowed a malo-lactic fermentation on the lees. Half of the wine was aged in second and third-use barrels of French and American oak; the other half matured in stainless steel.
