Cabernet Sauvignon 100% from Trapiche vineyards at between 750m and 1100m above sea level, in the province of Mendoza.
The hand-picked grapes are carefully sorted before destemming and crushing. They then undergo a long controlled fermentation in small vats. The wine is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
