Sauvignon Blanc 100% from selected vineyards in the northern area and in the high zone of the Mendoza River, Province of Mendoza. The grapes are hand-pickeds and after destemming and crushing, undergo a cool-temperature fermentation in stainless steel.

TASTING NOTE

Brilliant pale straw, with lemon-green hints. Open and fresh bouquet with aromas of grapefruit and asparagus. Dry, crisp and fresh with good balance.
