Pinot Noir 100% from Trapiche's La Mascota vineyard in Lunlunta, Lujan, Province of Mendoza. The grapes are hand-picked; after destemming and crushing, they undergo a controlled fermentation, followed by maturatioin in subtle contact with oak.
TASTING NOTE
Medium ruby-red in colour; with aromas of red fruits - plum and cherry notably, and a soft, velvet-textured palate, smooth, excellent Pinot character.
