Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, from selected vineyards in Luján de Coyo, Cruz de Piedra, Mendoza Province. The vines are over 45 years old. The grapes are hand-picked and selected, then fermented in small, open vats. The wine is matured for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE
Intense red colour with garnet lights. Elegant, well-structured wine. Aromas of red peppers are highlighted by notes of spices and tobacco. Full bodied, with concentrated and refined flavours and a touch of black pepper in the finish.
