Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, from Trapiche's Las Palmas vineyard in Cruz de Piedra, Maipú, Mendoza Province. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand and fermented in small open vats. The wine is matured for 15 months in new French and American oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE
Rich, perfumed, with a good balance between depth and power. Aromas of cassis and warm raspberry jam combine with an elegant touch of smoke, roasted pepper and chocolate. Soft, complex with a very long aftertaste.
