Trapiche Broquel Bonarda

Bonarda 100% from Trapiche's Santa Rosa vineyard in Mendoza province. The origin of this grape variety, widely planted in Argentina, is uncertain - either Italy or southern France. After the grapes have been hand-harvested and selected, they are crushed and fermented in small open vats. The wine is matured in new French and American oak barrels for 10 months.

TASTING NOTE

Deep red colour with blue hints. The nose shows blueberry and ripe cherry notes. Very sweet in the mouth, with ripe and soft tannins. The new oak brings notes of coconut and smoke. An elegant wine.
