Sauvignon Blanc 60% and Semillon 40%, hand harvested. The wine is cool-fermented in stainless steel.
'Astica' means flower in the language of the indigenous population.
TASTING NOTE
Light straw and green colour, clean nose with a touch of mixed citrus fruit. Crisp, with full citrus and green pepper flavours and refreshing in the mouth. The acidity of the Sauvignon is balanced by the fullness and length of the Semillon.
