Butteaux - 1.39 hectares
Fourchaume - 0.30 hectares
Montée de Tonnerre - 4.37 hectares
Montmain - 1.39 hectares
Vaillons - 1.94 hectares

All wines are fermented in stainless steel and matured on the fine lees for 12 months. No oak is used at the domaine.

In the Premier Cru wines can be seen the different characters of the particular terroirs while the classic floral and mineral characteristics of fine Chablis remain

Butteaux - lively and full, evolving toasty, woody aromas with time
Fourchaume - pear and apple flavours, round, warm, expressive and powerful
Montée de Tonnerre - fine, spicy, mineral, firm and elegant
Montmain - clearly influenced by the rich chalky soil - deep, rich and appetising
Vaillons - expressive, fruity and flowery
