Chardonnay 100% from the 6.62 hectares of vines grown only on the classic Kimmeridgian soil at the heart of the Appellation. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the fine lees for eight months.
TASTING NOTE
Very pale straw-green. The bouquet is both floral and has a mineral or marine character unique to the region. Dry, subtle fruit and a firm, crisp backbone, very clean and crisp.
