Sauvignon Blanc grapes 100%, from selected vineyards on the hillsides of Gascony in south-west France. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats under temperature control and bottled soon after fermentation is complete.
TASTING NOTE
Pale green-gold. This Sauvignon Blanc leans towards a New World style with a heady concentration of gooseberry aromas and aromatic elderflower characters. Intense but fresh and dry, medium-bodied.
