Cabernet Franc grapes 100%, from selected vineyards on the hillsides of Gascony in south-west France. After 'bleeding' the pink must from the red wine vats, the wine is fermented in stainless steel vats under temperature control and bottled soon after fermentation is complete.

TASTING NOTE

This rosé has a beautiful, deep pink colour. There are aromas of ripe strawberries and cream and it has a dry, full-bodied style, fresh and clean.
