Colombard grapes 60% and Sauvignon Blanc 40%, from selected vineyards on the hillsides of Gascony in south-west France. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats under temperature control and bottled soon after fermentation is complete.
TASTING NOTE
Pale straw with green reflections. Aromas of peaches and lychees from the Colombard are complemented by the zesty, citrus character of Sauvignon Blanc, creating a fairly dry wine, crisp and medium-bodied.
