Colombard grapes 100%, from selected vineyards on the hillsides of Gascony in south-west France. The wine is fermented in stainless steel vats under temperature control and bottled soon after fermentation is complete.
TASTING NOTE
Pale straw with green reflections; a fresh, light, flowery bouquet with hints of apple and pear. Soft, light and fresh, not too dry, a pleasing simple country wine.
