Sauvignon Blanc 100%, grapes grown in the 60 acre Sticks vineyard - with some of the best views of the Yarra Valley! The wine was fermented in stainless steel at cold temperatures to maintain maximum fruit expression.
TASTING NOTE
Vibrant pale straw with brilliant green tinges. The nose has intense aromas of tropical fruits and citrus peel. The palate has rich tropical/citrus flavours with a clean, crisp finish.
