Sticks Chardonnay

Chardonnay 100% grown in the 60 acre Sticks vineyard - with some of the best views of the Yarra Valley! The juice was fermented in stainless steel at cold temperatures to maintain maximum fruit expression. Towards the end of fermentation the wine was transferred to new and seasoned French and American oak barriques for three months aging.

TASTING NOTE

Brilliant light straw with vibrant green hues. Stone fruit -  nectarine and peach -  are complemented by savoury oak characters. Clean and dry with tropical fruit flavours and a crisp, zesty finish.
