Mount Rozier Shiraz

Shiraz 100% from the Mauerberger vineyard of the estate, characterised by large chunks of granite which have been brought to the surface during preparation of the site. The grapes undergo a classic red vinification and the wine is matured in small French and American oak barrels.

TASTING NOTE

Decadent but elegant with ripe berry characters. The well-structured tannins support the velvety fruit and there are hints of black olives and sweet oak in the finish.
