Sauvignon Blanc 100%, grown in the steeply-sloping Michael vineyard of the estate, one which is cooled by breezes from the ocean. The wine is vinified in stainless steel vats.
TASTING NOTE
Well-rounded, but full of intense flavours - aromas of citrus mix with acacia, flint and fig. These multi-dimensional flavours prevail through to a long, mouth-watering finish.
