Aglianico 50% and Cabernet Sauvignon 50% grapes from the Salento area. The grapes undergo the classic red wine-making process, with a long maceration time and carefully controlled fermentation. The wine is matured for 12 months in oak barriques followed by a minimum of six months in bottle.
