Tela di Ragno Salento

Aglianico 50% and Cabernet Sauvignon 50% grapes from the Salento area. The grapes undergo the classic red wine-making process, with a long maceration time and carefully controlled fermentation. The wine is matured for 12 months in oak barriques followed by a minimum of six months in bottle.

Tela di Ragno means spider's web - old wine cellars are full of spider's webs.

TASTING NOTE

Deep red in colour with brick overtones. The bouquet is intense, warm and ripe and delicately spiced; the palate is concentrated, dry, well balanced with fine ripe tannin and mature fruit flavours.
