Chardonnay 100% from the estate which has vineyards in the main appellations of the Mâconnais - Mâcon Villages, Saint Véran and Pouilly Fuissé. The grapes are harvested by hand and fermented in stainless steel with temperature control at the immaculate winery in Fuissé.
TASTING NOTE
Pale straw-gold with green lights in colour; open, direct, fresh floral bouquet with apple, pear and citrus notes; the palate is dry, creamy, light and fresh, and has citrus and apple flavours and clean, straightforward Chardonnay character. Subtle and appealing.
