These pinot noir grapes have been harvested at 10 Tons per Ha and fermented in stainless steel tanks. 30% of the wine has then been matured in 2nd and 3rd year old french oak barrels for 3 to 4 months.
TASTING NOTE
This elegant and aromatic Pinot Noir is dominated by red cherry flavours and light spices. Having spent 3 months in French oak, this wine is well-balanced with vanilla and leather characters on the finish.
