These carmenere grapes have been harvested at 10 Tons per Ha and fermented in stainless steel tanks. 30% of the wine has then been matured in french 2nd and 3rd year old oak barrels for 3 to 4 months which has intensified the complexity of the wine.
TASTING NOTE
This intensely violet coloured wine from the indigenous Chilean grape expresses aromas of ripe red fruits and hints of coffee. This Carmenère is fruit packed, lightly oaked and well balanced with a medium body and round soft tannins.
