Grenache 50%, Cinsault 30%, Syrah 15% and Carignan 5%, grapes from the 60 hectare estate. Temperature controlled fermentation in vat, and matured in vat.
TASTING NOTE
Very pale salmon pink colour. Clear, attractive, delicate strawberry and raspberry and herbal notes. The wine is dry, soft and fresh with a mineral edge. Delicate yet with character.
