Chardonnay 100%, grapes from other growers and from the four hectares which Drouhin own in Rully. The grapes are picked by hand, and vinified in barrels, a small percentage of which are new oak.
Rully resembles wines from the Côte d'Or.
TASTING NOTE
Pale gold-green in colour; the bouquet is refined, with clean white fruit and a hint of toast. The wine is dry, elegant, with body and floral and cinnamon notes.
