Pinot Noir 100%, grapes from growers in Nuits Saint Georges. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented in open wooden vats. The wine is matured for 18 months in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE
Dark garnet red colour. Powerful, deep bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, notably cherry and raspberry, with an earthy, spicy background. The palate is full, rich and complex, combining a fresh fruitiness with a pleasing firmness.
