Pinot Noir 100%, grapes from all over Burgundy, each area contributing to the overall style and quality. The hand-picked grapes are fermented in a combination of open wooden vats and in stainless steel fermenters. A proportion of the wine is aged for a few months in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTE
Brilliant garnet red colour. The bouquet is of crushed red fruits, especially raspberry and strawberry. The wine is light, fresh and agreeably fruity, with soft tannins and a crisp, lively character.
